Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026 · Applies to BullBearX Insights (web), BullBearX Edge, and BullBearX Flow (mobile apps), operated by BullBearX ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, a securely hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords), and an optional display name.
• Subscription information: your plan tier and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage information: which analyses you run (ticker, timeframe, strategy), feature usage counts, and app login timestamps. Used to operate quotas, improve the product, and prevent abuse.
• Device tokens (optional): if you enable push notifications, we store a push token to deliver them.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history.
• We do not connect to, view, or manage your brokerage accounts. The apps are analysis tools only — they cannot place trades.

How data is used

Account data authenticates you and syncs your plan across devices. Usage data enforces plan limits and helps us improve strategy analytics. Market data shown in the apps is licensed financial data; your personal information is never mixed into it.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), hosting infrastructure providers (server and database hosting), and Expo (app updates and, optionally, push delivery). Each receives only what is required to perform its function.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete Account) or by emailing us. A minimal deletion record (email and date) is retained for abuse prevention as permitted by law.

Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
